1. Services Provided
Your Moments Counselling offers professional counselling services to support individuals in managing their mental health and well-being. Services include individual counselling sessions and psychological assessments.
Our services are provided by qualified and licensed psychotherapists and counsellors who are registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australian (PACFA) and adhere to the Code of Ethics of PACFA.

** 2. Confidentiality**
We are committed to maintaining your privacy. All information shared during sessions is confidential, except in the following circumstances:
If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others
If required by law or court order
If reporting is necessary to protect a vulnerable individual
3. Session Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please contact me via phone or email or contact us form.
Counselling session normally goes for 50 to 60 minutes in duration
Cancellations or reschedules require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
4. Fees and Payments
Session fees are communicated prior to booking.
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash and bank transfer and we do not bill private health funds or Medicare
5. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to:
Provide accurate personal information
Attend sessions on time
Engage honestly and openly in the counselling process
6. Disclaimer
Counselling services are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you require urgent medical or mental health support, please contact emergency services.
7. Limitation of Liability Your Moments Counselling and its counsellors are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the counselling process. Each client is responsible for their own progress and decisions.
8. Changes to Terms We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
