Eunjee Jung, PACFA Registered Counsellor BPsychㅣGrad Dip Counselling
Eunjee is a warm, professional counsellor registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). She has supported adolescents and adults across a range of emotional and psychological challenges, with a particular focus on anxiety, depression, and issues related to identity and self-worth.
With a background in Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, Eunjee brings both insight and practical experience to her therapeutic work. Her counselling style is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative focused on helping clients make sense of their inner world and find effective ways to manage life’s challenges. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to work at their own pace.
Eunjee integrates a person-centred approach with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, with the aim of fostering resilience, emotional clarity, and meaningful personal growth. As a bilingual speaker of English and Korean, she is also passionate about supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She believes therapy is not just about solving problems but about discovering strengths, deepening self-awareness, and building a more authentic, connected life.
