Cancellation Policy

At Your Moments Counselling, we value your time and commitment to the counselling process. To ensure we can best support all clients, we ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  2. Late Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee.

  3. Missed Appointments (No-Shows):

    • If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full session fee will apply.

  4. Emergency Situations:

    • We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
